Tenant Advocacy
The LTTA represents tenant concerns and works to address issues affecting residents, while helping ensure tenants are informed, organized, and heard on issues affecting life at London Terrace Gardens.
Community Engagement
We help build community through local events like the annual London Terrace Street Fair and by sharing neighborhood opportunities, including discounts from participating local businesses.
Information & Resources
The LTTA keeps tenants informed through meetings, newsletter distribution, shared resources, and provides opportunities to participate in Association activities and leadership.

As board members, we strive to strengthen the London Terrace community and protect the rights of tenants.
We take an active role tackling issues to work on together
We participate in our local Community Board 3 and the City Council to advocate for quality of life issues in our Chelsea neighborhood, especially the preservation of public space.
